On October 15th, Rachael Ray Everyday magazine uploaded a delicious pic of Ray’s new holiday recipe, and our mouths can’t stop mouthing water. The olive oil cake is perfectly soft on the inside and topped with fresh strawberries and basil sugar.

How festive and pretty that ?!

The post was captioned: “We have a Saturday plan all set for you: this olive oil cake with fresh strawberries and sprinkled with basil sugar will do your laundry, impress your family and make the best companion. coffee Sunday morning. It’s the weekend; have dessert first! .. ”

We’re still baking bread in 2021 (and yes, we think bread cakes matter). This recipe is pretty straightforward, even for someone new to baking. The recipe calls for cooking basics like vanilla extract, eggs, buttermilk, and strawberries, to name a few.

The two-step recipe takes 90 minutes from start to finish and can serve your entire team of moms.

Plus, if you’re not the biggest fan of strawberries, the recipe says you can put blueberries instead.
